Tracy has worn many faces in the salon industry. She started her career in the Seattle area working for Gene Juarez as a master colorist. Taught the new stylists to help grow the industries newest talent. She’s been a brand ambassador for L’Oreal, Goldwell and Kerestase. Her passion is creating connections with clients to help find the best look for each individual.

With more than 25 years behind the chair, Jax brings a wealth of experience, artistry, and a genuine love for helping women feel confident in their hair.
A lifelong hair designer, Jax began her career in Washington and spent many years with the renowned Gene Juarez Salons & Spas, where she refined her craft and built lasting relationships with her clients. Her specialty is creating beautiful, polished, timeless haircuts that are customized to each woman—not just the latest trend.
Jax believes the best hair begins with listening. She takes the time to understand what her clients love, what they want to change, and how their hair needs to fit into their everyday lives. Her goal isn't simply to give you a great haircut—it’s to create a style that feels authentically you.
She especially enjoys working with professional and retired women who appreciate experience, attention to detail, and a stylist they can truly trust. Jax also has a special love for bridal and special-event styling, including on-location services for those unforgettable moments.
Now beginning an exciting new chapter in Arizona, Jax is thrilled to bring her experience and passion to Design Me Salon.
Lisa started her career in 1999 in Oregon. Her and her family moved to Arizona in 2016 and absolutely loves it here. She has had a passion and love for hair ever since she was a little girl. Lisa specializes in color, women’s and men’s cuts. She loves building relationships and getting to create looks, colors and styles that enhance each individual client’s features allowing them to look and feel their best. She continues to stay updated on the newest trends and techniques.

What began as a childhood passion—creating hair and makeup in my bedroom—has evolved into a career rooted in artistry and intention.
I’m Gabrielle, a hairstylist originally from Indiana. With a background in Human Development from ASU, I made a purposeful transition from academia to the beauty industry, choosing to follow a path that felt inherently aligned.
Behind the chair, I focus on creating a personalized, elevated experience—where every detail is considered and every guest feels effortlessly confident.
This work has always felt like home, and I’m deeply grateful to have embraced what I was always meant to do.
